Lobster Bay-Marlborough-Pinot Noir-"Estate Grown"

The Lobster Bay Pinot Noir is a single vinyard wine produced from 14 different parcels on the 52 acre vineyard located in the heart of Marlborough. Hand picked and discriminately screened, the grapes for the Lobster Bay produced a wine that is very Burgundian in style with fragrant ripe cherries, violets and lovely earth tones. The palate is silky and smooth with dark ripe fruit and clove and a slightly toasted finish. This wine should accentuate roasted lamb dishes or game bird such as quail or spuab.
